Bitcoin 2025 in Las Vegas marked our largest conference ever. Over 2,000 VIPs (Whale Pass) joined us in Vegas. Years of deliberate design came into focus all at once and the coherence of the experience was unmistakable.

What stood out most to me wasn’t just the scale, but the crystal-clear clarity around what the Whale Pass has always been: a true mini-conference within the conference.

The Deep VIP Lounge, sponsored by Gemini, became the center of gravity. Not because it was the biggest lounge we’ve ever produced, but because it was designed to be the spot people wanted to spend their time. For many, it became their home base. Most rarely left.

Whale Night, our signature party sponsored by Antalpha, was held at XS, one of the most iconic venues on the Strip. As the community came together that night, it was one of those moments where the space, energy and connections aligned in a way that felt genuinely special.

The Whale Pass didn’t evolve into something new in 2025. It simply operated at the full expression of what it had always been designed to be. Seeing it peak like this felt like a satisfying culmination of what I’ve been building over the last 4+ years.
